I believe in infinite human potential. I value simplicity, honesty and trust.

I am a former Royal Navy Commander with over 35 years’ experience leading, coaching and facilitating change in the private and public sectors. I’ve concentrated solely on executive coaching for over 10 years, working with CEOs, CFOs, business founders, executives and teams from multinationals, government departments, universities, startups and not-for-profit organisations.

My formal coach training was with The OCM in Oxford, one of the UK’s leading coaching institutions, and I hold their highest qualification, the Advanced Diploma in Professional Coach-Mentoring. I’m also a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

From 2005 I lived and worked in Eastern Europe for 8 years. At around the same time, I discovered the teaching of Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh and began practising mindfulness as a way to clarity, insight and purposeful action.

I’m now based in France, close to Geneva, and coach leaders and teams in English and French all over Europe. A selection of these past and present includes Mars, Renaissance Capital, Boston Consultancy Group, Morgan Stanley, Hewlett Packard, Firmenich, the UK Department for Work and Pensions and the British Heart Foundation.

“Sally-Anne’s approach attends sensitively to the whole person, she asks powerful questions, and brings her expertise in the field of professional development into her coaching. I deepened my emotional and social intelligence, giving me the stronger base I needed to be more effective in my work.”
Fiona Adams, transformational coach and coach supervisor, UK
