Residential Programmes

These are another powerful way to invest in yourself.

Over time I’ve noticed that many of my clients have a deep need for a safe space to pause and get clear on what really matters to them. In response to this, I founded Alps Retreats , a unique and inspiring development centre in the French Alps, near Geneva.

Through a combination of mindfulness, group work, one-to-one coaching and outdoor learning, our programmes create immediate, sustainable impact.
